Dr. Arash Bereliani

Dr. Arash Bereliani is a specialist in Cardiovascular Diseases, Cardiac imaging, Internal Medicine and Anti- aging Medicine. Dr. Bereliani received his Medical Degree from Finch University of Health Sciences in Chicago where he was ranked NUMBER ONE in his graduating class ( of 192 students) And received numerous awards and honors. These included Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) medical honor society, the most prestigious , distinguished award given only to top 10% of medical students in the country . Dr. Bereliani then went on to do his Internal Medicine residency at UCLA MEDICAL CENTER where he became involved in research in the field of nuclear cardiology and cardiac imaging, both at UCLA and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center .

Dr. Bereliani completed his post-doctoral fellowship training in cardiology at UCLA MEDICAL CENTER. He received his Board certification in Cardiovascular diseases and Nuclear cardiology, and went on to train very closely with some of the top pioneers, leaders and experts in the field of nuclear cardiology and cardiac imaging. His research has led to publications in the areas of cardiac imaging and nuclear cardiology .

Dr. Bereliani started his cardiology practice at UCLA and after only a year of practice , was nominated and won the highly prestigious “TOP PHYSICIANS “ Awards given by CONSUMER’S RESEARCH COUNCIL OF AMERICA for three consecutive years. He was the YOUNGEST physician to have won the award in cardiology .

In early 2006, Dr. Bereliani became the director of the COMPREHENSIVE CARDIAC CARE OF BEVERLY HILLS and shortly thereafter , the director of COMPREHENSIVE CARDIAC CARE OF WOODLAND HILLS . Both locations provide state of the art, cutting age cardiac imaging . Around t he same time, Dr.Bereliani met Dr. Bijan Pourat (a well-known cardiologist and one of the leaders in the field on integrative , anti-aging medicine). Dr. Pourat instilled in him the desire, and motivated him to learn more about the field of anti- aging medicine. Dr. Bereliani started to train closely with Dr. Pourat in this field and has become one of the authorities in this field .

Dr. Bereliani has been, and continues to be very active in teaching and research in the fields of cardiology and Anti-aging medicine . He is a GUEST SPEAKER for many scientific and pharmaceutical organizations including Novartis and Pfeizer. He is an active member and the fellow of AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION , AMERICAN COLLEGE OF CARDIOLOGY , ASNC (American Society of Nuclear Cardiology ), SNM (Society of Nuclear Medicine) and American Society of Integrative Medicine. He is also actively involved in teaching medical students, residents and fellows. He continues to give lectures around the country.

Perhaps the most important factor in the success of Dr. Bereliani’ s practice is the tremendous amount of care and passion he has for his patients. He treats every patient individually and considers them part of his own family. He invokes a sense of caring and trust among his patients which is lacking in most medical practices these days.
